Investment Dominator does not offer email services. However, if you purchased your domain through Investment Dominator, only our support team will have access to the domain settings. In this case, you can create a support ticket to share the necessary TXT and MX records, and our team will add them for you.
To set up your business email, the email provider needs to verify your domain ownership and configure email routing. Follow the steps below to retrieve and share the necessary DNS records.
Step 1: Log in to Your Email Provider Account
- Check your email inbox for a message from your email provider containing DNS setup instructions.
- If you did not receive an email, log in to your email provider’s account dashboard.
- Look for a section labeled Domain Setup, Email Setup, or DNS Configuration.
Step 2: Retrieve TXT and MX Records
- Your email provider will typically send you a document or email with the required TXT and MX records for domain verification and email routing.
- Locate and copy the provided TXT and MX records exactly as they appear.
- These records are essential for proving domain ownership and enabling email functionality.

Step 3: Share the Records with Investment Dominator Support
- If you purchased your domain through Investment Dominator, create a support ticket to share the TXT and MX records.
- Ensure that the information is accurate to avoid setup delays.
- Our team will add the records to our master account and notify you once the process is complete.
Step 4: Verify the Setup
- After receiving confirmation from our support team, return to your email provider’s setup page.
- Click Verify or Check Status to confirm that the records have been properly updated.
