Create an option to export/import records in a format that may include HTML in a long description (such as XML or similar).

Adding the owner’s name of a property will make it easier to locate a property if someone who is interested is calling.

Add Flood zone to the optional fields to make it easier to locate a record imported.

Would love to see a column in the Comparables section that automatically figures Price/acre or price/sq. ft. Also, a sold date column would be useful if you need more room, the column that lists “Public or Private” to me is not necessary.

The Investment Dominator is great. However, there is one feature that would make it even better. When I am pricing my offers, each time I finish pricing a property and go back to the list, the cursor pops back to the beginning of the list. It would save so much time if it popped to

Create a date range in tasks (calendar) for the dashboard.

Create a tick box next to user names in the “Team” section so that one can delete/edit them at once.

This will help to get a better view and visualize how many duplicate records a student has on their system, so they can edit or change information on the records.
