Not every record moving out of Prospect when Mailing a Neutral Letter Campaign
This is an issue exclusive to the Legacy version where if in your list there are Owners with more than one property, it will only move the first property out to the ‘Mailled Letter 1’ status and leave the rest in ‘Prospect’. The workaround is to manually move the leftover records to ‘Mailed Letter 1’.
Kentucky County Data Indexing Challenges
We are currently experiencing data indexing issues affecting several counties in Kentucky. These issues stem from inconsistencies in how land use codes are categorized by our data service provider. As a result, certain counties may return zero or limited records when using standard search filters within the Investment Dominator system. Here is how you can do that.
